Company Overview

Nkhesebo Solutions, described as a lip of faith by the core founder Sebolelo Mochesane. The company was established in 2016 by a young black woman (Sebolelo Mochesane) who had quit her job to go after her dream and implement her vision. The idea was to establish a company that would one day grow to retain a market share in the male dominated industry of construction.

The desire to serve the rainbow nation to the best of her capabilities, soon began after she had taken the leap of faith to register Nkhesebo Solutions, and entrust her new civil engineering graduate brother, the current CEO of Nkhesebo Solutions Bonki Mochesane to manage and take this idea to new horizons. To date Nkhesebo has taken on multiple projects small to big, challenging and difficult but always producing quality at all times.

Nkhesebo solutions is a youthful machine, empowering young black professionals, taking pride in using fresh minds to generate a business that delivers services and goods of the highest quality. Although still not close to the desired goal it has been through the CEO’s prolific leadership that finds Nkhesebo becoming one of the most competitive youth owned company.

Our Core Values

To always deliver exceptional value through good quality and service excellence.

To provide outstanding client satisfaction that helps meet organizational objectives.

Our Best Practices

Collaboratively administrate empowered markets via plug-and-play networks.

Professional Team

Our “power of professionalism” wins the trust of others, promotes the contractor and our company as clearly respecting others, and fulfills a reality that the contractor embraces improving the lives of others.

Responsibility

Client champions may be identified and given ownership of specific components of the project. This includes a champion for the vision, for change management, for communications, and so on. These champions may need input and assistance from many other individuals throughout the client organisation.

Focus On Time

Too many contractors are only caught up with their jobs and the busyness of their daily schedules that they never sit down and think, “what am I working toward?” Nkhesebo gets into the specifics. Here are the questions we ask ourselves, what is average project value and what is the average close rate?

Diversity

One way we increase the effectiveness and economic stability is product diversification. Intention to diversify construction products is initiated for such reasons as necessity of capital injection, reducing of risks and costs of production and desire for optimization of delivery system.
